metrics, and benchmarks for tasks will be set by project participants
•Each
task group establishes procedures for meeting requirements.
•Progress
toward goals documented by memoranda.
•Final
goal of each task group is to define one or two most viable approaches for Design and
Development Phase,
with firm cost estimate.
•Findings
presented at joint meetings and written in final report.
•Report
serves as input for D&D phase.
