Summary
The OVSA Expansion team gathered at Owens Valley Radio Observatory on Mar. 15-17, 2012 for the Preliminary Design Review (PDR) prior to purchasing parts for the three-element array prototype. The meeting was attended by 9 team members from NJIT, Caltech, UC/Berkeley, NRAO, and AFRL. Additional staff from Berkeley and Caltech contributed to parts of the meeting.
